To get the most out of the freesoul community you will need to install some mods for Bombrush Cyberfunk. Mods can be added using the Risk of rain 2 Mod Manager (R2modman) Select "Manual download" Once everything is installed and setup for BRC modding you will need some mods.

ACN Multiplayer Mod
SlopCrew Client (library mod for multiplayer)
Movement+ (core movement mod for going fast)
CrewBoom (custom character mod)
